Summer Reading List Update

Earlier this week I challenged everyone to help me build a reading list for kids 8-18 this summer. I have had a great response so far. Here is what we have to date:
My input:

Eragon (Inheritance, Book 1) - Christopher Paolini; great book for boys ages 10-18

Shrek the Third - The Movie and The Games

I took the kids to see Shrek the Third yesterday - mainly because we have seen the first two and really enjoyed them, but also because we have been playing the Shrek the Third Gameboy and PS2 games for the past week and we wanted to see how the two compared to the movie.

A Finder’s Fee for a Lost Gameboy

Life in my son’s world has been out of whack for the past two weeks. Why? Because he had misplaced his beloved Game Boy Advance SP. He has looked high and low in every nook and cranny he could think of.
Because I am a “mean” Mom, I told him that if he didn’t find it […]
