Weary Parent: Parenting Tweens & Teens

Book Reviews for Tweens by a Tween

by char on March 23rd, 2007

I recently discovered a new site called Destiny’s Book Reviews - Books For Young Ladies, Reviewed By A Young Lady. Destiny is a ten year old girl who loves to read and loves to share her reviews of books with others.  While reading through her reviews I found a few books that I don’t think my daughter has read, but might want to now (like Smarter than Squirrels).

Great job Destiny!

Hi everyone! If you haven’t read Shakespeare’s Secret by Elise Broach yet, you’re missing out! OMG! It is a mystery about a girl named Hero! She finds out thanks to her neighbor Mrs. Roth her house has the murphy diamond in it. It is an awesome book and if you live in IL and are from grades 4-8 you can vote for it in the Rebecca Caudill awards! It is an awesome book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
