Breathing for Relaxation
I don’t know if it’s the mood you are in or that on certain days your kids just know what buttons to push. But there will be days from the time they are toddlers right on up to when they hit their teens when you are going to need a little help. This just might work.
I’m not having a stressful day at all, but I tried some of the breathing exercises that the article below suggests, and they did relax me. I wish I had known about Yoga twenty odd years ago. If nothing else, the breathing exercises might have prevented a few premature gray hairs from suddenly sprouting.
