Children Are Becoming Shopaholics

I was researching the topic of shopaholics for ShopaholicsDaily when I happened across this article. As if we aren’t having a hard enough time managing our own finances, now we have to worry about our children managing theirs. It seems that children as young as 10 are becoming addicted to shopping!

And apparently the love of shopping continues to grow as the children age. And surprisingly enough, in our household it was our son who loved to shop. He had an amazing wardrobe. His sister was simply addicted to shoes and now it’s cars and shoes.

Have you noticed this trend in your family? I have to admit, I was really surprised to find that it was son who blew all of his money on clothes. If anyone, I would have expected it to be his sister.
