Do It Now… Can Backfire
From the time the kids were little, I insisted on a tidy bedroom. I tried to point out to them, that if they did a little each day, the room wouldn’t become messy. So, each evening before TV, they were sent in to do a few minutes of tidying up.
Jamie hated it. He could care less how messy his room became. If he had to step over things, he was quite willing. Britt was the neat freak. Everything always had to be in its place and it would drive her crazy if things was not just so.
Now about the backfiring part. Britt’s room is still spotless. My office is more like Jamie’s old bedroom. And she likes nothing more than to point out just how messy I can be. Hey, it must be genetic??
I wonder what it would be like to have a maid??

How can you wonder what it would be like to have a maid when you already have two?
