If your kids can keep their bedrooms tidy, there will be less chance of you having to send them to their room to clean it. Which reminds me of my mother’s method of making us clean our room. While we were at school, she would go through the room and everything that was out of place, she would drop into the center of the room. We would come home to a horrendous mess to have to clean up. It sounds as if we weren’t the tidiest of teens, but three girls in one room is asking a lot! ;)
A storage unit of any kind might have been welcome in our shared room.
