How to make a scarecrow with a broom

by SP on October 16th, 2006

Corn Lobby/Toy Broom, 39You can get as fancy as you want, but if the kids want to make a few scarecrows to decorate your yard this month, this has to be the easiest. The how to below is pretty simply to follow and then hand them some of Dad’s old clothes and let them get to work. You might want to stock up on inexpensive brooms, because I have a feeling that they are going to want to make more than one.

And kids just love the feeling of accomplishing something that you can praise them about. And you know that you have to praise them right. It doesn’t matter if the scarecrow looks like no scarecrow you have ever seen, in the eye’s of your child, he’s amazing!

And who knows, your kids just might get in a little unexpected exercise and that is always a good thing.

And the broom you see above is just $2.22 a piece.
