Whatever became of tops? Do you remember them? They had this handle that you pumped and then when you let it go, it would spin for what seemed like hours. It was one toy that every kid owned and played with by the hour! Guess we weren’t quite as sophisticated as kids these days… I can’t even remember the last time I saw one in the store, but maybe this is even better. The kids get to make their own and as they are made of tiny strips of paper, the project should keep them busy all afternoon.
