A cute, easygoing dress in stretch jersey knit, with twisted trim at neckline and twisted straps, plus a wide dropped waistband for an adjustable blouson effect. Ruched details. Flared skirt. Hits just above the knee.

Now this just spells comfort from what I can see. And I especially like the dropped waistband. I have a dress similar to this and the waistband also allows you to determine how short you want to go. And I love the color. It’s referred to as “whiskey”!
