Quick and Healthy Snacks for Kids
It doesn’t matter if your kids are in their tween or teen years. When they hear the word snack mentioned, just watch them perk up. So, while you are providing them with snacks, you might as well make them healthy. ;) That part you don’t have to tell them. Actually most of them are so good, the kids won’t even notice that they are from the healthy category.
So what are my five favorites from the list??
1. Baked Chips
2. Nuts
3. Raisins
4. Fruit Shakes
5. Granola
