Rice Krispie Treats for One - Kids in the Kitchen

I never thought of this until I stopped by 5 Minutes for Mom and saw how she allowed her little guy to make his own treats! It all came about when Mom was busy on the computer… sound familiar?? Anyway with one eye on the computer screen and one eye on her son in the kitchen, he nuked himself some Rice Krispie Treats which of course Mom had to check out. Apparently they turned out pretty good.

I think that I’m going to have to stop making mine on top of the stove. In the microwave sounds a whole lot easier. :)

Just imagine how great a cook kids will be when they hit their teens, if you teach them early!
