Salsa Sloppy Joes

You have to admit that a plain old sandwhich in the lunch day after day, can get pretty boring. Even if you are one weary parent, isn’t it worth it to send your little guys off to school with a lunch that they can look forward to. Britt still remembers her favorite lunches at school. Luckily, I wasn’t a blogger at the time ;)
