Thanks for posting this Sunday Reading Post. I had not heard of the teen in Florida who died after that cosmetic procedure :( How horrible. I found the stats on the amout of cosmetic surgies done on teens to be shocking!

Although it is true that way too many teens are having breast augmentation surgeries with the help of Moms $$- and so stupid. I live in Fl and the local and national news stories about the teen who died, said she was havng the procedure to correct a birth defect in her breast that was very embaressing in the locker room - so said her cheerleading coach. A terrible reaction to the anesthesia and not enough of the antidote at the clinic - really awful!

Also there’s a healthy fun site for tweens called beaconstreetgirls.com I found in another blog. I checked it out and it is fun and current to todays topics
