*The Family Get-together
The purpose of a get-together is just that. It is a time to sit with family members and enjoy one another’s company. Don’t allow the food served to become more important. Do you really need to serve cheesecake with coffee? I’m sure that you can come up with a low-calorie alternative.
And the coffee part… just messes up your teeth anyway.I have just finished my first week of no coffee and I’m even over the headache part of withdrawl. At the moment I’m waiting for the inches to start falling off my waistline from the cream that I gave up all week!
