What 7 a Day Looks Like - January 13
This is especially directed at new Moms. Be prepared. Over the next few months, colds are going to be passed around the classroom like there is no tomorrow! That’s why it is so important to eat the right foods. We are supposed to have 7 servings of fruits and vegetables but sometimes we forget. Personally it’s a little too high on the servings of fruit as I have to watch my sugar intake, but it certainly is healthier than a menu made up of junk… Just replace some of the fruit with more veggies.
